Need something sweet for your sweetheart for Valentine's Day? Bring them to Hawk Ridge Winery for a fun evening of wine and ice cream pairing, featuring HoneyCone Cream Co. of Chester, CT.  The terrific family team from HoneyCone Cream Co. are back with some can't miss flavors that are so creative and delicious! Our winemaker has paired up some of her favorite Hawk Ridge Wines with these to create a magical evening of two of our favorite treats, Wine and Ice Cream.

Come down to Hawk Ridge on Thursday, Feb 20th, from 6pm-8pm for a guided tasting of four wines matched with four ice creams. Our Winemaker Mo, will be here to walk you through all of the tasty pairings and give background on some of our most popular wines. 

Each guest will receive 4 pairings of a 3oz scoop of ice cream matched with a 2oz pour of wine. Our fun flavors of the evening will be:

• "FOMO" ice cream (salted caramel ice cream with Biscoff cookies, brownies, chocolate covered potato chips, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce) paired with Momma Hawk Chardonnay

• Rose Pistachio ice cream paired with Western CT Highlands Estate Rose

• Aztec Hot Chocolate ice cream (spicy dark chocolate ice cream with chili, cinnamon, vanilla, and torched marshmallow) paired with Red Ridge Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

• Raspberry Mocha Latte ice cream (coffee ice cream with raspberry swirls and chocolate chips) paired with Black Hawk Port
