Too hot to cook? Leave that to King Richie! The King and the Winemaker have teamed up once again to bring you a night of tasty pairings to satisfy your summer cravings! Join us for a fun evening of slider style sandwiches, paired up with delicious wines from the Hawk Ridge portfolio. Our winemaker, Maureen, will be here to speak about the wines and guide you through an enjoyable evening of yummy bites and share some fun facts about our wines.

Each guest will receive 4 slider style sandwiches and 4 2oz pours of wine to pair with each slider.

• Buffalo Chicken Slider with pickles and bleu cheese drizzle paired with Sassy Hawk White

• BBQ Pulled Pork Slider with coleslaw paired with All Day Rose

• Classic Cheeseburger Slider with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle paired with Western CT Highlands Red

• Meatball Slider with marinara and parmesan paired with Red Tail Merlot

*Event will be held in the main tasting room, which is handicapped accessible.
