A gentle yoga practice is perfect for anyone looking to take a break from a busy work day to connect breath and movement in a mindful way which helps soften tight muscles, eases joint pain and connects the body & mind at a peaceful, slower pace.
This class is appropriate for beginners or anyone working with injury, limited mobility, or simply prefer a gentler approach to yoga.
The yoga class will run for an hour and includes a wine, beer, or slushie of your choice! Please bring your own yoga mat!
