Masterclass: The Art of Sushi with Sara Wingard

Learn the delicate and artful skill of sushi rolling with Chef Sara Wingard, of The Sushi Class. Sara will demonstrate to the class how to select and prepare the ingredients, basic tools needed, and the art of creating a sushi roll. Students will prepare a traditional California Roll and a Vegetarian Roll that they can then enjoy for dinner, of course with a glass of Hawk Ridge wine, beer, or a slushy. Grab your favorite friend for a sushi date and learn how to make it yourself!

*This event will not feature raw fish or seafood. Cooked rolls or vegetarian.
