Grab your books, it's time for school...again!
On Friday, June 23rd from 6-8 pm, our guest chef, Lane Simmons, of Smokin Lanes BBQ and Seafood will share his passion and talent for BBQ and smoking meats. Lane will explain the best techniques for bone-in as well as boneless cuts of meat, various types of wood for smoking, and different styles/brands of smokers. He will demonstrate proper slicing techniques for brisket and how to create scrumptious burnt ends and also have guests assist in this process as well as techniques for pulled pork. Lane will have his guests prepare their own custom spice blend for a BBQ rub that they can take home and try out with their new knowledge and skill set. He will wrap up the class with some delicious samples of his amazing BBQ.
Each ticket is $55.00 and will also come with a glass of wine, beer, or slushie of your choice!
